Our venue was outdoors, and at the beginning of the wedding planning it was very overwhelming trying to map out all of the different details needed for different vendors for our event. Coastal was absolutely amazing to work with though; the staff is very friendly and guided us through the process no problem at all. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for rentals!
I can’t say enough good good things about Zach and his team! They were very responsive, accommodating, and professional. They had to take down a huge tent in our yard during a terrible storm, and were extremely careful about taking care of our property. They truly went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!
The entire team at Coastal is nothing short of amazing! They provided us with the most beautiful sail cloth tents at Good Earth Market, in Ocean View, DE. Hurricane Ian was no match for Zach and his team. Through threat of potential cancellation, Zach was in constant communication and presented alternative ideas to continue to ensure we had the dream wedding we had always hoped for. They have everything you would need to pull off an amazing wedding. We couldn’t recommend anyone better!
We had a wonderful experience with Coastal & Zach. Zach made the process of booking so easy and less stressful. The whole team who came to set up and take down were incredible! The tent was beautiful and we had so many compliments!
Weddings are stressful in and of themselves, but you will not regret the decision to hire Zach and his team at Coastal to ensure ease and professionalism for the special day! My daughter and her husband held a waterfront farm wedding ceremony in September and guests haven’t stopped complimenting the sailcloth tent, lighting, and ambiance that Coastal created for the event. It was stunning! Well worth the investment!

Zach is wonderful to work with, efficient, and creative in his ability to turn outdoor space into festive, impressive, unique yet comfortable party venues. This is not just “another tent.” He creates new outdoor living spaces for your event.
You’re in good hands. Chances are, if you’re getting married in lower Delaware, these guys are familiar with your venue. They’ll know the lay of the land and who to talk to if something needs to be adjusted or provided for.
THE BEST! 10/10 Without a doubt the easiest vendors we dealt with. Zach made this such an enjoyable and seamless experience from coming out multiple times to the property to meet with us and the land owner to working directly with the caterers and band to supply the entire wedding. He is a true professional and we can not recommend him and his company enough! We are blessed he was able to make our special day happen just as we envisioned!
Our day would not have been the same had we chosen any other vendor. Zach and his team at Coastal Tented Events worked with us to help deliver the day we had always envisioned. Truth be told, it turned out even better than we had dreamed.
Due to the threat of a major storm we had to make last minute adjustments to the location of the tent. No problem! The walls went up and then the storm took a turn AWAY from us. Can we take the walls down now? No problem! Zach came out the morning of the wedding took them down! His “I got this attitude” kept us all relaxed!

From the start of our experience working with him and his team, he kept us calm, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we were 100% happy with everything they put together. To see the Indian River Life-Saving Station transform under his impeccable direction was nothing short of magical. He and his team are worth every penny.
